Tangee Allen

Tangee Allen has extensive work experience in various roles. Tangee started as the Co-Founder of Raising Expectations Inc. in 1995, where they were responsible for the creation, development, and management of the company. Tangee also handled processes in administration, training, policy development, and special projects. In addition, they maintained collaborative relationships with government and school officials.

From 1999 to 2007, Tangee worked as the Weed & Seed Coordinator at the City of Atlanta. In this role, they developed and implemented the Seeding Strategy, formed sub-committees to support seeding efforts, and created public relations materials.

Prior to that, Tangee served as the Special Project Coordinator at ADT Security Services from 1994 to 1999. Tangee developed and implemented training curriculum, trained team members on measuring comprehension levels of new associates, and spearheaded special projects as determined by business needs.
