Rob Scordia

Rob Scordia has a diverse range of work experience in the audio engineering and related fields. Rob currently serves as the Head of Audio Engineering at RAIsonance Group, where they establish and maintains audio standards, conducts sample analysis, and documents quality control for audio submissions. Rob also conducts efficient DSP programming and testing throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, they research new audio management products for the company. Prior to their current role, Rob worked as a Digital Signal Processing Engineer at RAIsonance Group.

Before joining RAIsonance Group, Rob worked as a Lead Stream Operator at TWST Group, where they operated and managed streaming services. Rob also gained experience as an Audio Visual Technician at KVL Audio Visual Services, where they were responsible for setting up and operating audio and video equipment for various events. During their time at KVL, Rob calibrated wireless and wired microphone systems and handled signal routing in digital and analog consoles.

Rob has also worked as an Audio Engineer at Avant Gardner, where they mixed FOH and monitor audio, operated the soundboard, and provided system maintenance. Rob authored post-show reports and monitored facility and system performance. Additionally, they assisted in the construction and maintenance of Brooklyn Mirage.

Furthermore, Rob has experience as a Recording Engineer at John Marshall Media, where they worked on audiobook titles for major publishing companies. Rob received recognition from Audiofile Magazine as an "Earphones Award Winner" for one of their projects.

Prior to that, they obtained two Associate of Arts (AA) degrees and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Bucks County Community College between 2012 and 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Rob obtained a Dante Level 2 Certification from Audinate in August 2019 and became a member of the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program (RAPS) in July 2021.
