Anna Shen

Anna Shen is an experienced ecosystem builder who brings a wealth of experience in the private and public sector. She works with entrepreneurs building companies in a wide-range of spaces, including fintech, cleantech, agtech, healthtech, and more. Her experience spans regions, including Asia, the Mideast, and Africa.

Anna also writes for Huffington Post, and other publications such as Fortune Magazine, and Inter Press News, an international news site that covers issues from the perspective of the global South.

Prior to this, Anna worked in the public sector: At the United Nations, the World Bank, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (Rome), she regularly worked for and with Heads of State and other Ministers. Consulting assignments include Columbia University Tech Ventures, and the Columbia University Initiative for Policy Dialogue, run by Nobel Laureate Joseph Stiglitz.
