Amanda Maidantchik

Amanda Maidantchik is a seasoned finance and people analytics professional with extensive experience in product ownership, data management, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Product Owner and Senior People Analytics Product Owner at Raízen since January 2021, Amanda excels in developing business intelligence products that provide critical insights for HR teams and line managers while ensuring compliance with LGPD regulations. Previous roles include a People Analytics Product Owner, where Amanda played a key role in creating a DataLake and predictive mathematical models, and an Analytics Trainee at Raízen, distinguished as one of eight women selected from over 22,000 candidates. Prior to Raízen, Amanda held internships at Shell, Modix 3D, Plastlabor, GAP Asset Management, and GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, gaining a diverse skill set in finance, engineering, and marketing. Amanda holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor of Business Administration from American University.
