Rodrigo L. Balero is currently the Lead of data engineering chapter at Raízen, where Rodrigo oversees teams working on various data projects. Prior to Raízen, Rodrigo co-founded Verball and worked as a Data Engineering Manager at Cartão Elo. Their experience also includes roles as a Data Engineering Manager at MuchMore Digital, an Engineering Manager at AUNICA, and a Lead Software Developer at Sydow Marketing. Rodrigo has a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas and a background in System Analysis and Development.
