Jonathan Pincus has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. JONATHAN started their career as an Economist at the Food and Agriculture Organization in 1994 and then worked as a Lecturer in Economics at the School of Oriental and African Studies from 1998 to 2005. JONATHAN then joined the United Nations Development Programme as a Senior Country Economist from 2004 to 2008. After that, Jonathan served as the Dean of the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program from 2008 to 2013. From 2013 onwards, they held the position of President at the Rajawali Foundation and also worked as the Deputy Director at the Higher Education Support Program, OSF from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Jonathan Pincus is working as a Senior International Economist at the United Nations Development Programme since October 2020.
Jonathan Pincus received their PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained their BA from Oberlin College in 1983.
