Dilip Bhandari

Dilip Bhandari is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and human resources. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at Rajhans Group of Industries since January 2011, Dilip has held multiple key roles including GM - HR&A and DGM - HR&A, focusing on organizational development, policy formulation, employee engagement, and recruitment.
