Sakshi Arora is currently working as Deputy Manager at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre since August 2022. Prior to this, Sakshi held the same position at Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute from February 2012 to August 2022. Sakshi completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2010.
