Marjolijn Geluk is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager HRD at NautaDutilh since July 2025, prior positions include Learning and Development Partner at Loop Earplugs, where focus areas involved AI adoption, leadership development, and establishing a mentoring scheme. Previously, as Director of Learning and Development at DIF Capital Partners, Marjolijn set up the L&D function and acted as HRBP for senior roles.
