Kamalapriya Mohanarangan

Kamalapriya Mohanarangan currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at RAK Ceramics, having transitioned from the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Vodafone Idea Limited. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Kamalapriya held the position of Deputy General Manager at Yokogawa, where responsibilities included leading HR functions in India and managing global leadership development and rewards initiatives. Previous roles also include HR Business Partner at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, Assistant Manager at Macmillan Publishers, and Deputy Manager of HR at Carborundum Universal Limited. Kamalapriya began a career in HR as an Executive Trainee at Ramco Systems and gained foundational teaching experience as a Lecturer at VIT Business School. Kamalapriya holds an MBA in HR from Vellore Institute of Technology and an Executive Fellow Programme in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
