Shakti Arora

Shakti Arora is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer and Director of Ceramin at RAK Ceramics since October 2013, Shakti oversees the purchasing function for over 20 group companies globally and has consistently achieved annual cost savings of 3-5% in material costs over eight years. Prior to this role, Shakti was the Chief Central Procurement Officer at ACC & Ambuja Cements, part of Holcim Ltd, and held senior management positions at Mahindra & Mahindra, Gillette India, and Timex Watches. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IMDR Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from MITS Gwalior, as well as recognition as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (FCIPS).
