Christopher Hislop

Christopher Hislop has a diverse work experience. Christopher currently works at Raka as the Director of Content since January 2023, previously serving as the Content Manager from January 2021 to January 2023. Christopher is also the Co-Owner and Editorial Director of The Gateway Mag since July 2019. Christopher has been a Freelance Writer for Seacoast Media Group since March 2005 and has contributed to various publications. Christopher co-owns Bright & Lyon Productions since April 2015, organizing music events in the northeast and supporting community involvement. Christopher has also worked as a Radio DJ for Granite Rodeo - WSCA 106.1 FM since January 2017. From February 2014 to January 2021, they served as a Programming Assistant for Prescott Park Arts Festival. Additionally, Christopher has experience as a Content Director at Boldwerks, an Author for Arcadia Publishing, and as a Board Member for Make Big Change, where they were responsible for media relations and content creation. Christopher also worked as a Community Concierge at Firebrand Technologies, focusing on communication and marketing outreach.

Christopher Hislop attended the University of New Hampshire from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained several from HubSpot, including Content Marketing Certified, Contextual Marketing, Email Marketing Certified, HubSpot CMS for Marketers, Inbound, Inbound Marketing Certified, and HubSpot Marketing Software. The certifications were obtained between August 2020 and January 2021.
