Alice Kisakye

Alice Kisakye is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Technical Advisor at Jhpiego Sierra Leone since July 2022, leading the Global Reach II care and treatment portfolio and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance HIV care and treatment services. Prior to this role, Alice was a Regional Manager for HIV care and treatment at Rakai Health Sciences Program since 2017, and previously held positions as a Care Specialist and Medical Officer within the organization. Alice’s expertise includes training healthcare providers, implementing PEPFAR strategies, and managing HIV/AIDS care activities. Alice holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from Makerere University.
