Aleksandra Krajewska

Aleksandra Krajewska currently serves as the Head of Retail Banking Strategy and Business Planning at RAKBANK since October 2022 and is the President and Founder of the Polish BusinessWomen Network, a professional network for Polish-speaking businesswomen in the UAE and GCC, established in November 2020. Prior experience includes holding the position of Strategy Principal at First Abu Dhabi Bank from September 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities involved defining corporate strategy and leading significant transformation initiatives. Aleksandra also has a background as Strategy Manager at Emirates Islamic, focusing on revenue management and various banking strategies, as well as serving as Scrum Master and Project Manager at Deutsche Bank, managing multinational projects. Educational qualifications include participation in the Executive Education program at INSEAD and degrees from leading institutions such as CEMS and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
