Jiju Philip

Jiju Philip is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational and technology risk management across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Group Head of Operational - Non Financial Risk at RAKBANK, Jiju is responsible for developing world-class risk management practices and overseeing various non-financial risk areas. Prior to this role, Jiju held several key positions, including Head of Operational and Technology Risk at Gulf Bank and Director & Head - Technology Risk: Strategic Change at NatWest Group, where responsibilities encompassed transforming risk functions and leading technology oversight for strategic change initiatives. With a strong foundation in operational and information risk management developed during a tenure at ING and earlier positions in Wipro and Basamh Trading, Jiju holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
