Kawtar Slimani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and strategy within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President in Business Management & Strategy for Wholesale Banking at RAKBANK since November 2022, Kawtar leads key initiatives to drive growth and strategic execution while developing high-impact presentations for senior leadership. Previous roles include significant contributions at EY, focusing on compliance, regulatory strategies, and customer journey enhancements for various banks, as well as consulting positions at BNP Paribas CIB involving credit chain analysis and digital strategy development. Kawtar also has experience in project management with GE and financial analysis with Tetra Pak.
