Jyrki Laurikainen

Jyrki Laurikainen is an experienced professional with a robust background in corporate real estate management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director at RAKLI - The Finnish Association of Building Owners and Construction Clients since 2014, Jyrki has previously held significant roles, including Director of Corporate Real Estate at Wärtsilä, where oversight included global real estate operations across 70 countries. With extensive experience at Hewlett-Packard, Jyrki managed investment projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and held various management roles focusing on real estate strategy, transactions, and workplace services. Jyrki's career began as Development Manager for the City of Helsinki, emphasizing strategic planning for public works, and started at RAKLI as a Project Manager, contributing to the organization's research and development initiatives. Jyrki holds a Master of Science degree in construction economy from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
