Nagaprasanna Bettadhapura is an experienced project manager currently leading improvement activities at Rakon Limited since January 2001, where responsibilities include managing multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder communication. Previously, Nagaprasanna served as Production Section Manager at Rakon Limited, overseeing the manufacture of quartz blanks and staff management. Prior to that, a role as Team Leader at Hansen and Berry Limited involved managing the finishing section for souvenir items, and earlier experience at HMT Limited as Assistant General Manager focused on process engineering in quartz watch manufacturing. Nagaprasanna holds a PGDIP in Operations Management from the University of Auckland Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Siddagana Institute of Technology, Bangalore University.
