Masahiro Kotosaka

Masahiro Kotosaka has held a variety of roles in the academic and corporate world. Masahiro began their career in 2009 as a Teaching/Research Assistant at Said Business School, University of Oxford. In 2013, they became an Associate Professor of Multinational Management at the College of Business Administration, Ritsumeikan University. In 2015, they took on the role of Associate Fellow, Fondation France-Japon de l'EHESS and Non Executive Director at Appirits Inc. In 2016, they became an Associate Professor, Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University and Non Executive Director at Uzabase Inc. In 2017, they added Non Executive Director roles at \u30e9\u30af\u30b9\u30eb\u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e and Gojo & Company Inc. In 2018, they became a Non Executive Director at euglena Co Ltd. Finally, in 2021, they took on the role of Adjunct Associate Professor at Hitotsubashi ICS (Hitotsubashi University Business School).

Masahiro Kotosaka completed a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Information from Keio University. Masahiro then went on to pursue a Master of Science with Distinction in Management Studies from the University of Oxford. Masahiro later obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Management Studies from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
