Gabriela Velasquez is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Fate Therapeutics Inc, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Prior to this, Gabriela held positions at Rakuten Medical and SThree, working in talent acquisition and development within the biotech and pharma industry. Gabriela also volunteered as the Chair of the Southern California Chapter at Women In Bio. With a background in international business, Gabriela has experience in recruitment, project management, and leadership roles.
