Thao Duong

Thao Duong is an experienced project management and scrum expert currently serving as a Scrum Master at Rakuten Fintech Vietnam Co., Ltd. since December 2023. Previously held the position of Project Manager at 3i Inc., where responsibilities included customer support for NTT Biz-Link, data analysis, and managing the life cycles of digital twin products. Thao has also worked as a Research Assistant at EC21R&C - Marketing Group, focusing on the food and beverage industry, and as a Scrum Master at Septeni Original, facilitating partnerships and in-house software development. Thao's career began as a Software Engineer at JBCC Corporation, gaining valuable experience in quality control. Thao holds a Master's degree in International Business from Kyung Hee University, a Bachelor's degree in International Governance from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, and a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp.
