Shiji John

Shiji John is currently serving as the Lead - People Partner at Rakuten India since February 2025. Previously, Shiji worked as an Assistant Manager at Exotel from April 2022 to February 2025 and held various roles within the NHRD Bangalore Chapter, including Executive Committee Member and participation in the Young Advisory Board from July 2019 to August 2022. At Mindtree, Shiji was involved in the People Function as both Associate Manager and Senior Associate from April 2018 to April 2022. Early career experiences include internships at P N RAO, SANKALP TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, and Weir Minerals, with a focus on onboarding processes. Shiji holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Christ University, Bangalore, and a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering Autonomous.
