Brett Christiansen

Brett Christiansen, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSMC, serves as a Senior Program Manager in Information Security at Rakuten Americas since January 2020, bringing extensive experience in project and program management. Previously, Brett held the position of Vice President of Governance at the Project Management Institute from June 2019 to April 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager II at ATL Technology, LLC, where Brett planned risk contingencies that significantly reduced lead time, and Senior Project Engineer I at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., focusing on project plans for new product development. Brett's earlier experience includes roles at Moog Medical Devices Group as Program Manager and Regional Account Advocate, and as AT&T Business Account Manager at Spring Mobile. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/History from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science in Biosciences from Salt Lake Community College.
