Kaycee Hulet

Kaycee Hulet has a diverse work experience. Kaycee started their career as an Attorney at Hulet Law Firm in 2011, where they helped clients with contract drafting and negotiation, trademarks applications, and obtaining permits. Kaycee also provided valuable insights into securities class action cases and analyzed evidence for FCPA investigations and mergers/acquisitions.

In 2015, Kaycee co-founded Trans Puma, and in 2020, they served as an Adjunct Faculty at J. Reuben Clark Law School. Kaycee worked as a Course Designer at the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction in 2010.

In 2021, Kaycee joined Lawgeex, a legal tech startup, as a Senior Contract Specialist, and later became the Senior Manager of Legal Onboarding and Transactional. Kaycee'swork included reviewing and negotiating contracts for Fortune 500 and Global Fortune 100 clients, reducing contract negotiation time, and driving process efficiencies. Kaycee also collaborated with product teams to improve contract review processes.

Currently, Kaycee is the Director of Legal Operations at Rakuten International, starting in 2023.

Kaycee Hulet obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University in the years 1998 to 2005. Kaycee then attended BYU Law School from 2007 to 2010, earning a Juris Doctor degree in Law. In 2011, they obtained a Texas Bar License from the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained a certification from the Texas Bar College.
