Head Of People Experiences at Rakuten International

Tori Miller has extensive work experience beginning in 2000 as an Office Manager at Align Learning International. Tori then went on to work as an Operations Manager and later as a Client Relationship Manager at Thomas International. In 2011, they transitioned to become the Mompreneur and Founder of Thrifty Threads, an online resale shop focused on selling gently used kids' clothes, shoes, gear, and toys. After leaving Thrifty Threads in 2015, Tori joined Ebates Canada as an Office & Event Manager, taking on several roles including Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Events Manager, HR Manager, and Finance Liaison. In 2017, they became the Director of Events & Administration for North America at Ebates. Tori then moved to Rakuten America and Rakuten Rewards, where they served as the Head of People Experiences and Director of General Affairs, respectively. At Rakuten Americas, Tori is responsible for leading positive employee experiences, establishing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, and increasing employee and community involvement.

Tori Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Lawrence Park CI, but no specific degree or field of study was provided.
