Adelene K.

Adelene K. is the current Director of Human Resources at Rakuten Viki. Adelene has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has held positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Accenture, Schlumberger, Nokia, Singtel, and Goldlink Textiles.

Adelene began their career as an Assistant HR Manager at Goldlink Textiles in 2004. In 2007, they moved to Singtel as an HR Manager for the Network Group. The following year, they took on the role of HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific at Nokia.

In 2012, Adelene became the HR Lead for North South America & Asia at Schlumberger Business Consulting. After three years in this position, they moved to Accenture as the HR Lead for Asia & Global PMI for Accenture Strategy Upstream (Schlumberger Business Consulting).

In September 2016, Adelene joined Sony Pictures Entertainment as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific. Adelene held this position for four years before taking on their current role as Director of Human Resources at Rakuten Viki in 2020.

Adelene K. completed their schooling at the University of Central England.

Adelene K. reports to Sam Wu, CEO. They work with Omkiran S. - CISO & Director of Engineering, Nick Carroll - VP, Engineering, and Masaya Ueno - Chief Executive Officer.
