Joreen Tan

Joreen Tan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer experience and entertainment journalism. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Customer Experience at Rakuten Viki since March 2019, Joreen manages escalations from Tier 1 agents, leads a team, and collaborates with Product and Engineering teams to resolve user issues while advocating for user feedback and analyzing data for weekly reports.
