Bettina Tso

Bettina Tso is an experienced professional with a robust background in data services, strategy operations, and investment management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Global CDO Office at Rakuten since February 2018, Bettina oversees data and AI services, particularly in search and analytics at the Rakuten Institute of Technology. Prior roles at Rakuten include positions in strategy operations and product management within ecosystem services, focusing on ID authentication, payments, and product development. Bettina's earlier career featured significant tenures at Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Advisor in investment management, J.P. Morgan in equity derivatives sales, and Lehman Brothers in equity research sales.
