Ofir Eyal

Ofir Eyal is the current CEO of Rakuten Viber. Ofir was previously a Product Manager at Citi Innovation Lab from April 2012 to September 2014. There, they were responsible for ownership of 'Citi Velocity Mobile', Citi's flagship mobile trading application that was developed out of Tel-Aviv, deployed globally, and used by Citi's institutional customers worldwide. Their work on the app led to the filing of 2 US patents (user interface and design).

From January 2006 to April 2012, Ofir Eyal was a Product Manager at SuperDerivatives. And from May 2002 to September 2005, they were a Senior QA Engineer at Comverse. Prior to that, they were a QA Engineer at CA Technologies from October 2000 to February 2002.

Ofir Eyal has a certificate in financial reporting and management from Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management.
