Rajendra Roy

Rajendra Roy is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. Currently at Rakuten since September 2018, Rajendra serves as both a software engineering manager and technical team lead, overseeing the entire development life cycle to ensure timely product delivery. Prior to Rakuten, Rajendra worked at IBM India Private Limited from April 2010 to August 2018 as a technical lead, focusing on the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of customized Watson Health Care solutions. Additionally, Rajendra held roles at Wipro Technologies as a module lead and at IAP Company Ltd. as a software engineer. Rajendra holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Calcutta, earned between 2000 and 2003.
