Sayantan Roy

Sayantan Roy is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development projects and teams. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Lead at Rakuten since August 2022, Sayantan is focused on developing a distributed API management platform utilizing microservices architecture. Prior to this role, Sayantan held the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at Xylem Inc., contributing to the advancement of the Cloud IoT platform. Experience includes designing microservices at Baxter International Inc., developing Oracle marketing cloud services at Oracle, and participating in product development at Triniti Corporation. Sayantan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2011.
