Martha A. Mascareno

Martha A. Mascareno, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Martha A. currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at RAL Investment Corporation, Silverstrand Construction, and SHORE TOTAL, all starting in 2022. Prior to this, they served as Human Resources at A.M. Ortega Construction from 2019 to 2022, where they oversaw the HR department. Martha A. Martha A. has also earned certifications such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, as well as certifications related to being a Designated Employer Representative (DER) for DOT and PHMSA- DER from Certified Training Solutions.
