Debbie Vaughn

Debbie Vaughn has over 15 years of experience in various nursing leadership roles. Debbie started their career at Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Center as an Administrative Director of Nursing in 2003 and stayed there until 2012. In 2012, they became the Nursing Director at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Debbie then joined Glenwood Regional Medical Center in 2014 as the CNO, and later moved to IASIS Healthcare where they served as the DON and then the Chief Nursing Officer. In 2018, they became the Chief Nursing Officer at Raleigh General Hospital.
