Ross Rigdon

Ross Rigdon's work experience begins in 2014 as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, where they were responsible for inputting patient information, insurance billing, and ensuring quality control. In 2015, they worked as a Medical Assistant, Scribe, and Cast & DME Technician at EmergeOrtho, where they performed patient intake, transcribed patient visits, and maintained electronic medical records. From 2017 to 2019, Rigdon worked as a Field Service Representative at ACO Medical Supply, managing accounts and fitting medical equipment. Ross then worked as a Lead Durable Medical Equipment Clinician and Orthotics & Prosthetics Technician at Raleigh Orthopaedic from 2019 to 2020, where they managed patient queries and maintained DME inventory. Ross obtained their EMT Basic Certification in 2014 from the NC Department of Health and Human Services. In addition to their formal education, Ross has obtained additional certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in October 2017.
