Amrita Vir is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in fintech and social impact. As Co-Founder of Findicate, Amrita focuses on investing in early-stage women-led startups in Asia. Amrita hosts the Asian Fintech Podcast, The Green Room, exploring the fintech ecosystem with industry leaders. In roles at wagely and Grab, Amrita led strategic initiatives and managed programs aimed at enhancing employee financial wellness and inclusion. With a strong foundation in policy development from positions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and AIR, Amrita has also driven market entry strategies at Cignifi and developed microfinance solutions for low-income entrepreneurs. Amrita holds an MBA and an MPP from Harvard and a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
