Ali Amin Sattar is an experienced entrepreneur and financial professional with a diverse background in telecommunications and fintech. Currently, Ali serves as the Founder and CEO of SimpliFi, while also advising Next Billion Advisors and acting as a Founding Limited Partner at Rally Cap Ventures. Over the years, Ali has held significant leadership roles including Managing Director at Careem, Head of Strategy for Emerging Markets at VEON, and Vice President & Head of Fintech at Telenor Group. Ali's career includes building financial services across Asia, leading strategy and transformation initiatives at major telecom companies, and investment management at NBK Capital. Ali holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Columbia Engineering.
