Ashmin Varma

Ashmin Varma is an experienced investor currently working at Rally Cap VC since 2022, focusing on investments in emerging market FinTech and Proptech start-ups. Previously, Ashmin served as COO and co-founder of Silkhaus, transitioning to an advisory role in 2023. From 2020 to 2022, Ashmin held the positions of VP Product & Experience and Head of Product at Casai. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Associate in Strategy at Coactuate, Strategy Manager at Microsoft, and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Ashmin began the professional journey with summer internships at Deloitte and McKinsey. Ashmin holds a Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University and completed an exchange semester at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
