Babajide Duroshola

Babajide Duroshola serves as the General Manager at M-KOPA since July 2021, leading a platform focused on providing underbanked customers in Africa with access to essential products and services. Additionally, Babajide is an active member of Black Ops and PremiaBN, as well as a Limited Partner at Rally Cap Ventures, connecting with fintech-focused investors in emerging markets. Previously, Babajide held the position of Country Director at SafeBoda, overseeing growth strategies and operations in Nigeria, and contributed to community engagement as the Community Manager for Technical Talent at Andela. With extensive experience in human resources roles at Access Bank Plc and Phillips Consulting Limited, Babajide has excelled in talent acquisition, HR strategy development, and project management. Babajide holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Technology from Bells University of Technology, obtained in 2010.
