Jessi Howard

Jessi Howard is an accomplished Chief People Officer at Rally Ventures, with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across multiple organizations. Jessi has held key roles in companies such as MHC Software, SportsEngine, RedBrick Health (now Virgin Pulse), Room & Board, and McAfee, where responsibilities included leading recruitment strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs. A graduate of Saint Mary's University of Minnesota with a Master's degree in Human Development and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, Jessi is adept at advising leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and has a strong track record in developing learning and development programs.
