Kat Heil is the Global Head of Customer Success at Rallyware and Global Customer Success Leader at Myagi. With past experiences in customer success management at various companies, Kat has a solid background in managing and enhancing customer experiences. Kat holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Juvenile Justice from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan.
