Kate Levitskaya

Kate Levitskaya has extensive work experience in customer success and customer service roles. Kate worked at Rallyware as a Customer Success Associate Lead starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Associate at the same company starting in March 2021.

Before joining Rallyware, Kate worked at Namecheap, Inc starting in September 2013. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Subject Matter Expert from March 2016 to March 2021, Middle QA Analyst from April 2015 to November 2019, and Customer Service Representative from September 2013 to March 2016. In their role as Subject Matter Expert, they established procedures and policies for troubleshooting and resolving cases, proofread and evaluated final copies, and provided exceptional client support.

Kate Levitskaya obtained their Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Kate attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
