Zen Mak is the Founder and CEO of RallyWorks, established in May 2019 to assist startups and established companies in designing, hiring, and scaling teams. Currently, Zen serves as a Limited Partner at Chasing Rainbows, focusing on investment in diverse founders, and as a Startup Mentor for the Electrify Accelerator at Ministry of Awesome. Additional roles include Member/Investor at Gaingels, Activator at SheEO™, Talent and People Ops Advisor at Stable Auto, and Talent Advisor positions at Alchemy, Benepass, Flatfile Inc., and Mixmax. Zen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of San Francisco, earned from 1999 to 2003.
