Bob Bushell

Bob Bushell, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Bob is currently the Human Resources Director at Ralph L Wadsworth Construction Company since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources and Safety Director at Great Salt Lake Brine Shrimp Cooperative, Inc. from November 2010 to January 2021, where they managed all HR and safety functions for the company. Before that, Bob was the Regional Human Resources Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from January 2008 to August 2010, where they worked on various national implementation projects and strategic planning initiatives. Bob started their career at The Home Depot as a Human Resources Manager, where they excelled in community affairs and government compliance.

Bob Bushell, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in HR Management. Bob obtained this degree from Warren National University (now Grand Canyon University) from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their college education, Bob attended Weber High School.

In addition to their formal education, Bob has also acquired several certifications. Bob achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in November 2020. Other certifications include First Aid and CPR Instructor from the National Safety Council in January 2015, Job Safety Analysis from the National Safety Council in June 2012, OSHA Compliance Series from the National Safety Council in October 2011, ATV Safety Course Instructor from the ATV Safety Institute in June 2011, Lift Truck Train the Trainer Certification from the National Safety Council in June 2011, and Certified Instructor - Advanced from Sears Holdings Corporation in May 2010.
