Jean Ackerman

Jean Ackerman is an experienced educator and professional with a diverse background in teaching and technical support. Currently serving as a Teacher at Ralston Public Schools since August 2012, Jean holds endorsements for special education (K-12) and elementary education, with a focus on special needs children, including those with Autism and ADHD. Additionally, Jean has worked as a Ramp Agent for Delta Global Services since September 2015, coordinating flights and ramp duties. Previously, from January 1989 to December 1994, Jean operated as a Computer Programmer and Customer Service representative at MBS, Inc., where software development and hardware installation were key responsibilities. Jean's educational background includes a Master's degree in TESOL from Concordia University, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Peru State College, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Grand Canyon University, complemented by an Associate degree in Computer Programming from Metro Community College.
