Tina Kelley joined RAM Partners in 2020 and manages a portfolio of communities in the Carolinas. With a 21-year career in multifamily, Tina brings diverse experience in branding, marketing, operations, and team building, for new construction communities, with a focus on mid-rise and high-rise. Tina’s specialty is not only having created successful lease-up stories in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Carolinas, but ensuring that her passion for her communities and teams, carries through in every aspect of the community’s success.
