Lynnie Green has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Lynnie started their career in 1995 as a Food & Beverage Manager- AGM at Embassy Suites Greenville, where they received the Hotel of the Year award and achieved a high ranking in TQI. In 1996, they became the Opening General Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton, where they exceeded gross revenue expectations by $2 million in the first year. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as the General Manager at Embassy Suites Kansas City, overseeing a lobby renovation and focusing on improving customer service scores. Lynnie then became the Opening General Manager at Embassy Suites Lincoln from 1999 to 2007, managing a university-centered hotel. Lynnie'snext role was as the Opening General Manager at Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa from 2007 to 2018, overseeing a major franchise Marriott property near high-profile sports stadiums. Currently, Lynnie serves as the Area General Manager and VP at Remington Hotels.

Lynnie Green attended Southeastern Academy, where they studied Hospitality Management with a focus on Tourism and Travel Services Management. Lynnie completed their education in 1984.
