Rick Gnann

Rick Gnann is an accomplished professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Asset Management at Ram Realty Advisors since December 2022, Rick previously held the role of Director of Asset Management at The Geneva Group and Comstock Companies, where Rick also worked as a Senior Asset Manager. Prior to that, Rick was a Senior Asset Manager at DLP Capital Partners and a Senior Associate at RER Solutions, Inc., providing valuable support to the Army Portfolio and Asset Management team. Rick's early career included a position as a Commercial Mortgage Broker at Meridian Capital Group and ownership of Haagen-Dazs. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
