Lucy Shafir Winter has over 35 years of professional experience in the software industry. Lucy began their career in 1984 as a Technical Customer Support Analyst at Unisys, where they demonstrated strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. In 2013, they joined CTG Health Solutions as a Senior Support Analyst at Corelink Solutions, where they worked with DMSII, COBOL, WFL, and ALGOL to perform maintenance and enhancements to both batch and screen interfaces for Claims processing and Membership Services. Since 2016, they have been a Customer Service Analyst at RAM Technologies (Health Plan Software).

Lucy Shafir Winter attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1978 to 1982, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics. Lucy also received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
