Zukisa Kutwana KaMyeni is an experienced HR and IR professional currently serving as a Senior KZN Regional HR/IR Practitioner at RAM Hand to Hand Couriers since November 2021 and as the Founder of EndonGweni Lifestyle since January 2022. Previously, Zukisa held the position of Divisional Human Resources Manager at Lewis Group Ltd, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across three provinces and maintaining a high success rate in disciplinary cases. Zukisa also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Mafoko Security Patrols, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and employee retention, and as a National Industrial Relations Officer, overseeing workplace misconduct processes. Further experience includes roles as an HR/IR Officer at M Secure and a Security Officer. Zukisa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Employment Relations from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and multiple degrees from the University of South Africa, including qualifications in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations Management.
