Shai Ashkenazi

Shai Ashkenazi has experience in various roles related to training and development. Shai is currently the Head of Training and Learning Development at Rambam Health Care Campus, where they lead the department in creating training programs and instructional materials. Prior to this, Shai worked as an Instructional Design & Training Leader at PCB Technologies Ltd. for four years, specializing in instructional design, learning consulting, and management development. Shai also served as a Learning and Development Specialist at GALILI | Turning information into knowledge for three years. Shai has a background in consultancy and facilitation, having worked as a Consultant and Facilitator at ZOOZ consulting & training from 2011 to 2012. Shai started their career as an Organization Development Intern at EL AL Israel Airlines in 2010.

Shai Ashkenazi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Communication from the University of Haifa, graduating in 2008. They then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development & Consulting at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2009 to 2011. In the same time frame, they also completed a diploma in group facilitation at the University of Haifa in 2010 and 2011.
